Our custom systems and enclosures are developed using Solidworks, a three-dimensional CAD modeling tool which provides detailed design information that aids in manufacturing. CAD packages are produced in various formats such as AutoCAD14 and 2000 and include a market survey of COTS components that weigh the cost versus availability. Azimuth supports and delivers drawings in various formats and software packages. AutoCAD V-14, AutoCAD 2002, Solidworks, Intergraph Microstation and Mechanical Desktop R-4 are among those supported. Drawings created meet MIL-STD 100 and can be tailored to satisfy customer requirements. Our drawings are printed in high resolution and full color up to size F. Our mechanical engineering teams have experience in rapid prototyping.

Azimuth is the lead sub-contractor with Electronic Warfare Associates, Inc. (EWA) in the design and manufacturing of a communications canister for the All Source Analysis System (ASAS) project. This system is fielded world wide.
We have a full time graphic support staff and studio grade video production capabilities. Software packages supported include 3D Studio Viz R-3, AutoCAD Map 2000 with Windows and Macintosh workstations.
